TOPS, or Teens Offering Peer Support, at Mayo High School helps students navigate academic and mental health challenges. Led by Mrs. Diaz, the Student Resilience Specialist, the TOPS program promotes mental health, academic success, and personal resilience at Century within a nurturing community. It promotes open discussions and awareness campaigns about various mental health challenges that high school students face.

Additionally, TOPS manages Pedro's Closet, a resource room offering essentials like school supplies, food, hygiene products, and clothing. Designed for anonymity, it allows students to access these items without embarrassment, reinforcing their dignity and supporting their education and well-being.
